On our intranet there is an area set up with individual websites for each child from Year 5 upwards.
In our school we emphasize the process rather than the product, but also recognised that the high quality student work
needed an audience, hence the development of these cumulative digital portfolios.

This area has samples of students digital work, such as:

• websites made for units
• animations created
• movies made
• speeches recorded
• dances recorded
• music written
• PowerPoint presentations developed
• webquests used
• photos of themselves involved in school activities

As the students mature they take a more active roll in maintaining their site.
From Year 6 onwards students manage their own websites. All Year 8 students receive a copy of their Digital Portfolio at our leaving ceremony.
