The Maungaraki School Board of Trustees have monthly meetings for most of the year. These are "public" meetings, and all parents are welcome to attend. (Occassionally there are confidential matters discussed, at which point the meeting goes to "in Committee" and non-board members are asked to leave the room for the duration of this part.)

Anyone can view the public minutes; a copy is held in the school office.
