Online Enrolment Process

Maungaraki School has an Enrolment Scheme in place.  All students who live within the Home Zone shall be entitled to enrol at the school.  Please check out the enrolment zone details before completing an enrolment form.

To complete:

  • Click on the Online enrolment form
  • Enter the code 2968, then your email address
  • If you do not upload any of the required documents please bring them to the school office along with the below verification documentation

We will require you to bring the originals of the following documents to the school office before starting school:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Passport - (if you do not hold a New Zealand Birth certificate)
  • Any required Visa documentation and supporting Passport and Visa documents of the Caregiver/s
  • Proof of Residence - an original of a current Rates bill or your Tenancy Agreement, or a current Utility bill

For New Entrants: Once you have completed the enrolment we will contact you approximately 2 months prior to the start date to organise school visits.  These usually consist of 3 days in their class from 9:00am to 11:20am in the 3 weeks leading up to their start date, but this may vary.  

For other year groups: Contact the school office if you would like to make an appointment to visit the school prior to starting.

New Parent Information evenings are held each term, please check our school calendar for dates.


Enrolment Pack

If you are unable to complete the online enrolment an Enrolment pack can be picked up from the school office or posted to you.
